The criminal battery charge against rapper Cardi B has been dismissed following the recent incident where she threw a microphone during a performance in Las Vegas.

While on stage at Drai’s Beachclub, Cardi B requested the crowd to splash water on her to cool down.

However, when someone threw a cup with an unknown liquid and ice, she reacted by hurling the microphone, which accidentally hit another person.

The individual filed a police report, and Cardi was listed as a battery suspect.

However, the case has been resolved, and the District Attorney’s office has concluded that Cardi did not commit any criminal offense.

Cardi B’s lawyers confirmed the development and expressed gratitude for the prompt resolution of the matter by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.
