On Monday, veteran Yoruba actor Musiliu Ajikanle breathed his last after a prolonged struggle with stroke.

The news of his demise was announced by Nollywood filmmaker and actor Saliu Gbolagade in an Instagram post.

Sharing a photo of the late actor, Gbolagade expressed his grief and wrote, “Ina Lilah Waina Allah Rajiun. God gave each of us the gift of life, and God gifted us with eternal life.

Rest well, my dear friend Musiliu Ajikanle, your footsteps can never be filled, nor your love ever forgotten. May the blessings and peace of a good life lived follow you into heaven.”

In response to the sad news, several Yoruba movie celebrities, including Ayo Mogaji, Fathia Balogun, Sola Kosoko, and actor Portable, expressed their heartfelt condolences in the comments section.
