Kanye West Twitter account restored after suspension

Kanye West’s Twitter account is back after an eight-month ban due to offensive tweets. The rapper, also known as Ye, was accused of incitement to violence, leading to the suspension.

His last post was on 1 December 2022, just before the ban. Elon Musk, the owner of Twitter, has rebranded it as X, but Ye has not made any new posts since his return.

In October, he was locked out of both Twitter and Instagram for posting anti-Semitic messages. Adidas also severed ties with him for spreading hate speech.

Despite the suspension, Musk reinstated Donald Trump’s account last year after a poll showed majority support.
