President Bola Tinubu has called on Nigerian youths to exhibit patience and understanding during the difficult times caused by his administration’s economic initiatives.
He reassured them that these hardships would eventually dissipate, making way for a more inclusive and prosperous economy.
Tinubu made this plea during a meeting with the All Progressives Congress (APC) National Youth Leaders from all states and the Federal Capital Territory in Abuja.
Acknowledging the country’s current economic challenges, particularly after the removal of fuel subsidies two months ago, Tinubu emphasized that difficult decisions are necessary for the nation’s prosperity and unity.
He acknowledged the pains experienced by Nigerians due to rising costs of food, goods, and services, including transportation, resulting from the fuel subsidy removal.
