Famous singer and record label owner, Davido, also known as David Adeleke, has taken down the short clip from his signee Logos Olori’s new single ‘Jaye Lo,’ which had drawn widespread criticism.

The clip featured people praying and dancing in front of a mosque, leading to accusations of disrespect towards Islam.

Despite initial disregard for the criticisms, Davido finally deleted the video from his verified Twitter handle @davido on Sunday.

However, as of the time of reporting, he has not issued an apology to the Muslim community for the perceived offense.
