A devastating incident occurred in Las Vegas as a toddler, Jaiangelis Stevenson, accidentally shot himself in a caregiver’s home, leading to his untimely death.

The incident took place in a residence near Nellis Air Force Base on the evening of Sunday, July 9.

After the incident, Jaiangelis was rushed to the University Medical Center, where he was later pronounced dead.

The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department is currently investigating the situation, focusing on the potential presence of abuse and neglect.

Jaiangelis’ aunt, Paris Box, shared fond memories of the toddler and emphasized the family’s need to come to terms with this heartbreaking tragedy.

She expressed a lack of hatred towards those involved but acknowledged the negligence surrounding the use of someone else’s firearm.
