Governor Chukwuma Soludo of Anambra State has granted a scholarship to Miss Nkechinyere Umeh, the candidate who achieved the highest score in the 2023 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations (UTME).

The scholarship was awarded to Umeh following her outstanding performance, which resulted in her being declared the highest scorer in the exam with a cumulative mark of 360.

Mr. Christian Aburime, the Chief Press Secretary to Governor Soludo, expressed the Governor’s congratulations to Umeh for bringing pride to the state with her exceptional achievement.

The statement further announced that the Governor had offered Umeh a well-deserved scholarship to study any course of her choice at Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University in Anambra State.

The scholarship not only serves as a token of the state government’s appreciation for her hard work but also provides her with the opportunity to pursue her dreams and contribute to the state’s development in the future.
