Faith Evans and Stevie J reach divorce settlement

Faith Evans and Stevie J have come to an agreement in their divorce case, according to court documents.

Evans informed the court that they have reached a written agreement concerning their property, marriage, and support rights.

The documents state that irreconcilable differences have led to the irremediable breakdown of their marriage or domestic partnership, with no possibility of reconciliation through counseling or other means.

While specific details of the settlement were not disclosed, it is reported to include provisions for spousal support and attorney fees.

The couple has been in the process of separation for over two years. They got married in 2018 after a long friendship spanning more than two decades.

Despite the divorce proceedings, it remained unclear whether they would follow through with parting ways, as Stevie J had pleaded for forgiveness on Mother’s Day.

In another development, Faith Evans filed an emergency motion to retrieve a 2023 Mercedes Sprinter Van, which she had purchased with her own money earlier in the year.

Allegedly, Stevie J took the keys and drove away with the vehicle without permission.

Evans requested the court’s intervention to ensure the return of the van, as well as to prevent Stevie J from driving her other vehicles, including a 2020 Mercedes G Wagon and Chrysler Pacifica.
