In a disturbing case, a man named David Lee has been sentenced to 24 weeks in jail for committing a sexual act involving a baby seagull while watching animal pornography.

Lee was captured on CCTV in Sunderland, taking the baby seagull to a back alley, where he proceeded to masturbate with the bird between his legs.

Initially claiming to be helping the bird, Lee was later discovered to have been engaging in explicit activities and viewing animal porn during the incident.

The court found him guilty of causing unnecessary suffering to the gull and handed him an immediate jail term, along with a 10-year ban on keeping animals.

Lee’s unstable personality disorder and alcohol dependency were mentioned during the trial, but the court emphasized the deliberate and severe nature of his actions, causing significant suffering to the innocent bird.
