Colombian pop sensation Shakira has shared the most romantic moment of her life, recounting an incident where she halted a plane to give a kiss to her former partner and Barcelona legend, Gerard Pique.

The singer, who had a well-documented long-term relationship with Pique, revealed the story during an interview with AS Tikitakas.

Shakira recalled a flight from Marrakech to Croatia, where she requested the pilot to briefly land over Barcelona to surprise Pique with a kiss.

Describing it as the most romantic thing she has ever done, Shakira humorously questioned if the Tax Agency would consider it a day spent in Spain.
