I can nominate the right candidates for Tinubu’s appointments – Bode George

Former Deputy National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, Chief Olabode George, has refuted claims of seeking an appointment under President Bola Tinubu, emphasizing that he is too old for such a position.

Instead, if approached or offered, he would assist in recommending competent candidates from his own party.

George, who had been a vocal critic of Tinubu, explained that his reconciliation with the President was not driven by the desire for an appointment, but rather to promote peace and in deference to those who mediated in the matter on behalf of Tinubu.

He stated that he had forgiven Tinubu and had moved on from the past issues.

George expressed his willingness to provide guidance and nominate capable young individuals from his party who could contribute to the country’s progress, while emphasizing his commitment to the PDP’s cause during the court challenge of the presidential election outcome.
