Afeez Agoro Oladimiji, a well-known actor in Nollywood and widely recognized as Nigeria’s tallest man, has sadly passed away.

Agoro, who stood at an impressive height of 7ft 4in, succumbed to a prolonged illness on Thursday. His remarkable stature made him a captivating figure wherever he went and earned him roles in several movies.

Segun Adesanya, a representative from the Community Development Association where Agoro resided, confirmed the news of his passing, expressing deep sadness and offering condolences.

Agoro was not only an actor but also a TV personality with his show, ‘I am Agoro,’ which aired exclusively on Linda Ikeji TV.

In May 2023, Agoro had appealed for financial assistance of N5 million to fund his treatment for chronic hip arthritis, requiring a ball and socket joint replacement.
