A businessman, Emeka Orisakwe, has been sentenced to three life terms by an Ikeja Sexual Offences and Domestic Violence Court in Lagos State.

The 45-year-old man was found guilty of sexually assaulting his three underage daughters, aged eight, eight, and six.

Justice Abiola Soladoye delivered the verdict, stating that the prosecution had successfully proven the three-count charge of sexual assault by penetration against the defendant.

The judge criticized the defendant’s claims that his wife was mentally unstable, describing him as wicked and a pathological liar.

Soladoye also condemned the defendant’s sister-in-law for attempting to manipulate the victims’ testimonies and fabricating a medical report.

The court ordered the defendant’s name to be registered in the sexual offences register maintained by Lagos State.
