Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has sent his congratulations to his predecessor, Akinwunmi Ambode, on the occasion of his 60th birthday.

Ambode celebrated his milestone on Wednesday, June 14. Governor Sanwo-Olu, in a message conveyed on Tuesday by his Media Adviser, Mr. Gboyega Akosile, commended Ambode as an accomplished administrator who made significant contributions to the growth and development of Lagos State.

He acknowledged Ambode’s dedicated service to the state, starting from his civil service days to his tenure as the 14th Governor.

Sanwo-Olu expressed his wishes for a happy birthday and prayed for Ambode’s continued well-being and fruitful years ahead.

Ambode served as Lagos State Governor from 2015 to 2019 before handing over the position to Governor Sanwo-Olu.
