Another woman has joined a civil claim against social media influencer Andrew Tate, making it the fourth case of alleged sexual assault.

The 30-year-old woman accuses Tate of choking her until she passed out during a sexual encounter. This incident occurred in 2014 when the woman, a university student at the time, met Tate in Luton, Bedfordshire.

The woman described their initial encounter as consensual, but on the second occasion, Tate became violent, choking her without consent.

She claims to have regained consciousness to find him still engaging in sexual activity. The woman also detailed receiving violent threats from Tate, including a statement asserting ownership over her.

Tate, who denies the allegations, is currently under house arrest in Romania on separate charges related to organized crime and human trafficking.

Three other women have already initiated legal proceedings against him, alleging sexual violence between 2013 and 2016.
