A significant drug bust took place in Arizona, USA. Patricia McGurk-Daniel, Chief Patrol Agent of Yuma Sector, shared the news on her Twitter account.
The seizure occurred during a traffic stop at a checkpoint along Interstate 8 near Yuma. The confiscated narcotics weighed over 192 pounds, an amount capable of causing harm to 48 million individuals.
This seizure alone surpassed the total amount of fentanyl seized throughout Fiscal Year 2022 in the Yuma Sector, as reported by US Customs and Border Protections statistics.

McGurk-Daniel also shared images revealing packets of the deadly drug hidden within car seats, with additional fentanyl discovered concealed inside the vehicle’s gas tank.
