Femi Gbajabiamila has been appointed as the Chief of Staff by President Bola Tinubu. The announcement was made during a meeting between the President and the nation’s security chiefs at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.

Despite not having received his certificate of return from the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Gbajabiamila will have to give up his election into the House of Representatives for the sixth term, where he represents Surulere 1 Federal Constituency.
