Bola Tinubu is presently holding a meeting with the Service Chiefs, led by General Lucky Irabor, the Chief of Defense Staff, at the State House in Abuja.
Tinubu arrived at the Villa at 10:53 am on Thursday and immediately engaged in a closed-door session with several high-ranking officials, including the Chief of Army Staff, Lt. Gen. Farouk Yahaya; Chief of Naval Staff, Vice Admiral Awwal Gambo; Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Isiaka Amao; and the Inspector-General of Police, Usman Baba.

This meeting marks Tinubu’s first official interaction with the heads of security since assuming office on Monday.
Although the specific agenda of the meeting has not been made public, it is likely that the security chiefs will provide briefings to keep the President informed about the country’s security situation.
