Canadian minister, Hussein Ahmed, arrives in Nigeria for Tinubu’s Inauguration

The Canadian Minister for Housing, Diversity, and Inclusion, Hussein Ahmed, has arrived in Nigeria to attend the inauguration of Bola Tinubu as the new President.

The Canadian High Commission announced this through a tweet, expressing their delight in welcoming Minister Ahmed Hussen to Nigeria for the presidential inauguration ceremony.

The commission also stated that Minister Ahmed would engage with civil society representatives and youth during his visit.

They highlighted the strong bilateral ties between Canada and Nigeria and expressed their commitment to collaborating on shared priorities, such as trade opportunities and regional security, under the leadership of the new president.
