American rapper Offset has revealed in an interview that he is not biologically related to Quavo or the late Migos rapper Takeoff, despite often being referred to as their cousin.

While they were childhood classmates and developed a close bond, Offset clarified that Quavo is actually Takeoff’s uncle.

Reflecting on his upbringing, Offset shared that his father was absent throughout his childhood, but he harbored no hatred towards him.

He emphasized the importance of strong women in his life, including his mother, grandmother, and female collaborators, who have played a crucial role in his success and drive.

Offset also touched upon the passing of Takeoff and expressed difficulty in discussing it publicly, stating that it brings him pain and puts him in a somber mood.

He admitted to keeping certain emotions and experiences private, as talking about them feels unreal in the absence of Takeoff.
