Former Big Brother Naija star, Tacha Akide, has responded to those who expressed doubt about her claim that her outfit for the 2023 Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards (AMVCA) cost a staggering $20,000.

Tacha challenged the skeptics to take legal action against her if they disagreed with her statement.

Despite receiving mixed reactions on social media regarding the cost of her dress, Tacha remained firm in her assertion.

During an interview with content creator Timi Agbaje, Tacha reiterated that her outfit was indeed worth $20,000. She confidently stated that anyone who disagreed was free to pursue legal recourse.

According to Tacha, no other place in the world would value her AMVCA dress at anything less than $20,000.

When asked about the category she would like to be included in for the next AMVCA, Tacha expressed her interest in the Reality TV category, citing the abundance of reality shows currently airing.
