A 29-year-old man named Amos Olaleye, driven by a desire to escape poverty, has shockingly revealed to the Nigerian Police how his own mother pushed him to murder his sister and engage in unspeakable acts with her corpse.

The man, known as a “Yahoo boy” in Nigeria’s internet fraud circles, was apprehended by police officers during a routine stop-and-search operation on Itamaga-Ikorodu Road in Lagos.

During his arrest, Olaleye confessed that his mother orchestrated the murder by acquiring poison and secretly adding it to his sister’s food.

In a chilling statement, he admitted to having sexual intercourse with the lifeless body and even performing disturbing acts on her.

According to Olaleye’s confession, his mother believed that such a sacrifice would bring them wealth and end the family’s poverty.

The suspect claimed that it was a native doctor who initially proposed the idea of sacrificing a loved one to achieve success in his fraudulent activities.

After months of deliberation, influenced by his mother’s continuous encouragement, Olaleye reluctantly agreed to carry out the heinous act.

The shocking revelation has left the community in disbelief, as the police continue their investigation into the matter. Amos Olaleye is currently held at the State Criminal Investigation Department in Panti, Yaba.
