Ex-Zamfara governor, Yari, urges Muslims to pray for President-elect Tinubu

Former Zamfara State Governor, Abdul’aziz Yari, has called on Muslims across Nigeria to pray for the President-elect, Bola Tinubu, during the Eid-el-Fitr celebration.

Yari made the call while addressing journalists at his residence in Talata-Mafara town, Talata-Mafara area of the state.

He emphasized that Tinubu has the capacity to build Nigeria and that the All Progressives Congress (APC) has a blueprint to develop the country.

Yari called on all Nigerians, irrespective of tribe and regional differences, to pray for Tinubu to succeed in his administration.

Yari also urged members of the APC to be calm and law-abiding, assuring them that the party has what it takes to steer the country towards meaningful development.

He further appealed to residents of Zamfara State to support the government at all levels and security agencies in addressing the security challenges facing the state.
